Participates in contract negotiations and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
Identifies program problems and executes solutions to meet financial objectives.
Directs work of employees from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in U.S. defense industry.
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Experience managing multiple production programs and capturing future international/domestic programs.
Ability to develop and mentor junior program managers and cross-functional teams.
PMP® certification preferred.
Capability to travel up to 25% for work-related activities.
