What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years or master’s degree and 8 years of experience in U.S. Government contracts and customers or project management in Aerospace Industry
Minimum 5 years of experience with functional and technical leadership roles
Proven track record leading program tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements as a program manager or similar role
Experience building and leading diverse teams, including mentoring and conflict resolution
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and MS Project
Knowledge of program management tools like EVMS, IMP, IMS, and Risk Management
Effective communication skills for developing and briefing presentations to various audiences
