Program Manager 1 - Solar Arrays

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through proposal, design, manufacturing, and delivery phases.
• Transition designs to manufacturing by streamlining processes for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Develop and execute project budgets and schedules using Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Brief internal and external customers on program progress and performance metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for identified issues.
• Track and report program performance, including EACs and schedule adherence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience supporting customers in a project/technical lead role.
• At least 2 years of Program or Project Management experience, including leading Integrated Product Teams (IPT) or New Product Teams (NPT).
• Experience in design for manufacturing and transitioning programs to production, including PDR and CDR gated design development.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
• US Citizenship required for employment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time both domestically and internationally.
