What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development and delivery without direct authority.
Manage program risks by identifying issues, planning mitigation strategies, and executing corrective actions.
Transition innovative designs to manufacturing processes, optimizing for efficiency and cost reduction.
Develop and execute project budgets and schedules using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques.
Ensure compliance with project requirements through effective communication with supply chain and suppliers.
Track and report on key manufacturing metrics such as yield, COPQ, and throughput against planned targets.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of Program or Project Management experience in Aerospace/Defense Industry
Experience in gated design development (PDR, CDR)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project
Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
US Citizenship required
