What you'll do

  • Implement and manage cross-functional performance indicators to deliver insights.
  • Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights for operational management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and validation before presenting it to stakeholders.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and dashboards.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert between cross-functional teams to improve data availability.
  • Author documentation for SOPs and knowledge base related to data analysis tasks.

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and preparation with medium to large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or similar data discovery tools like Qlik, Tableau.
  • Strong business collaboration skills and responsiveness to operational demands.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge and strong background in shared data environments.
  • Ability to tell a story with data and drive data literacy among teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and experience in process improvement.
