Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics

What you'll do

• Lead data analysis and modeling projects using advanced tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics for management teams.
• Implement and monitor data governance policies to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate operational risks within Payment Operations.
• Provide training and support on new or revised processes, procedures, and analytics tools to department staff.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and business process analysis.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL databases, and process mapping tools.
• Experience leading data governance policies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive process improvements using empirical data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of audit processes and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics or Statistics.
