Production Talent, Planning & Strategy Lead

What you'll do

• Own and continuously improve the headcount planning and capacity modeling system for Production TA.
• Maintain real-time view of recruiting capacity versus demand, surface gaps before crises occur, and frame trade-offs.
• Prioritize hiring demand against constrained capacity and build data-backed narratives explaining prioritization rationale.
• Translate raw data into compelling executive narratives connecting hiring progress to business outcomes and proposing solutions.
• Design and operate a standardized framework for submitting, justifying, and prioritizing hiring needs across Production.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of professional experience with a foundation in talent acquisition and additional expertise in planning or analytics.
• Proven track record of building or significantly redesigning talent acquisition planning processes.
• Mastery of data analysis, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for headcount modeling.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable executive narratives.
• Experience driving prioritization decisions across competing stakeholders using data and influence.
• Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and labor market dynamics to predict capacity needs.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while building new infrastructure.
