Production Supervisor, Barracuda

What you'll do

• Manage technician staff to produce and deliver products through acceptance testing.
• Set daily priorities and clear blockers for the production team to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in each work area on a daily basis.
• Provide support to other functional groups within Anduril as needed.
• Execute standardized manufacturing instructions and control plans.
• Support issue resolution, including root cause investigation and corrective actions.
• Generate daily pass-downs and quality reports for engineering and operations teams.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience managing or supervising teams in high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with MS Office programs, ERP, and MES systems.
• Ability to work on the production floor for troubleshooting and training.
• Top Secret Security Clearance required; must be a U.S. citizen.
• Experience in ramping low volume to high-rate manufacturing preferred.
