What you'll do

Manage technician staff in production and delivery of hardware through factory acceptance.
Set priorities and direct daily operations, issuing work orders to the production floor.
Ensure operators follow safety procedures and document EHS incidents proactively.
Coach, mentor, and support production technicians for continuous improvement.
Provide high-level reports to upper management on daily basis.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in production-oriented or electro-mechanical technician fields with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to manage and develop a team of technicians for high-volume production environments.
Experience working with ERP and MES systems, proficient in MS Office programs.
Strong skills in process and equipment troubleshooting in dynamic production settings.
U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred: New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
