What you'll do

Manage technician staff to produce and deliver Anduril products through acceptance testing.
Set priorities and direct daily operations, issuing work orders and clearing production blockers.
Maintain accurate inventory levels in each work area on a daily basis.
Execute standardized manufacturing instructions and control plans for consistent quality.
Support issue resolution by conducting root cause investigations and tracking corrective actions.

Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and manufacturing fundamentals.
Proven ability to work hands-on with hardware and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
