Senior Production Supervisor, Intelligence Systems

What you'll do

• Manage a team of technicians to produce and deliver products through acceptance testing.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations, issuing work orders and clearing production blockers.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in each work area on a daily basis.
• Execute standardized manufacturing instructions and control plans for consistent quality.
• Support issue resolution by conducting root cause investigations and tracking corrective actions.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience managing or supervising in high-volume production environments.
• Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and manufacturing fundamentals.
• Willingness to work hands-on with hardware and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage up to 30 production associates on shift.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Experience working with electrical and mechanical assembly and integration preferred.
