What you'll do

Conduct training sessions and webinars for new users of edge computing systems.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

What we're looking for

Hold a secret security clearance.
Have 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field.
Strong understanding of edge computing and communication systems required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Proficient in Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
