The Product Strategy Lead will join the healthcare analytics team to define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of advanced healthcare data and analytics solutions. This role involves overseeing the full product lifecycle, from requirements definition and design to testing and post-launch optimization. You will translate complex market needs into actionable features, specifically focusing on AI-enabled and agentic product capabilities. Key responsibilities include mentoring product managers, partnering with engineering and data science teams, and ensuring adherence to SOC 2 and HIPAA standards. You will utilize expertise in claims, payer, and provider analytics to build scalable experiences. Required skills include experience with machine learning, generative AI, large language models, and cloud platforms like AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks to solve complex healthcare data problems for payers and providers.
Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the healthcare analytics portfolio.
Own the full product lifecycle from requirements definition and design to development and post-launch optimization.
Translate complex business needs and market trends into actionable product features and analytics solutions.
Advance AI-enabled and agentic product capabilities to create intuitive and scalable data experiences.
Apply deep healthcare data expertise in claims, payer/provider analytics, and value-based care to product offerings.
Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Lead customer engagements including training, advisory sessions, and ROI analysis.
Ensure all product solutions adhere to SOC 2, HIPAA, and other healthcare data compliance standards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
Master’s degree (preferred).
10+ years of experience in product management with proven success owning roadmaps and delivering healthcare data products.
Extensive hands-on experience with payer, provider, and pharmacy analytics, including claims data.
Experience leading or supporting AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, data platform, or agentic product capabilities in a healthcare or enterprise data environment.
Experience partnering with engineering, data science, compliance, security, and business teams to manage risk and support scalable deployment of data-driven solutions.
Experience working on a product through a 0-to-1 or early-growth phase.
Experience with AI-enabled analytics products, agentic AI platforms, or natural language interfaces (preferred).
