What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital or IT product delivery/product ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of drug lifecycle and R&D value chain.
  • Technical expertise in Pharmacovigilance domain, including Safety Reporting, Compliance, and Quality Monitoring.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering transformative digital products, particularly in AI.
