Proven ability to manage backlogs, run Agile ceremonies, and track team metrics.
Strong understanding of product management practices, technology principles, and digital delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience translating user needs into compelling product visions and roadmaps.
Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.
