Product Owner, IAM Sr. Manager, Identity Governance & Life Cycle joins the Identity & Access Management team to lead the global strategy for identity governance and lifecycle management. This role is responsible for defining multi-year roadmaps, ensuring robust access controls, streamlining identity processes, and automating controls at scale. The individual will manage architecture, design, and implementation for workforce, non-human, and external identities while overseeing access certifications, RBAC, and attribute-based access models. Key responsibilities include managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with SOX and GDPR, and leading a global team of specialists. Required technical expertise includes extensive experience with IIQ and ISC, along with familiarity with Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, CyberArk, Active Directory, AWS, and GCP. The role addresses the critical business problem of securing identity infrastructure across diverse enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for Identity Governance and Lifecycle Management.
Drive the maturity of capabilities including access certifications, RBAC, and identity analytics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external audit engagements regarding identity controls.
Manage the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of automated identity lifecycle processes.
Develop and optimize policies for workforce, non-human, and external identities across multiplatform environments.
Ensure all identity governance processes comply with regulatory requirements such as SOX and GDPR.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with identity and access to strengthen the corporate security posture.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing global team of IAM specialists.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field).
15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably in Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management.
7+ years of proven leadership and management experience in Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management leading technical teams and strategic initiatives.
Extensive hands-on and leadership experience with IIQ and ISC, including architecture, engineering, and operations.
Experience with other IAM solutions such as Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or CyberArk (preferred).
Demonstrated experience with multiplatform IGA environments integrating with diverse enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent cybersecurity certification (preferred).
Microsoft Identity / Azure security certifications or IAM-specific SailPoint/IGA platform-based certifications (preferred).
