Product Manager

What you'll do

• Drive the product roadmap and lead end-to-end development based on customer research and business needs.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to scope and ship high-impact initiatives.
• Own experimentation and measurement by interpreting results to drive continuous product improvements.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, and daily execution.
• Write clear requirements, project briefs, and documentation to align stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Use data to size opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and make informed product decisions.
• Take full ownership of product areas and account for outcomes like sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• A bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience is required.
• Two or more years of product, product analytics, or related experience are required for mid-level consideration.
• Four or more years of product, product analytics, or related experience are required for senior-level consideration.
• Must possess outcome-oriented and data-driven decision-making skills with expertise in metrics and tools like SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
• Must have an AI-first approach with hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and daily productivity.
• Deep product experience at one or more highly successful and ideally high-growth companies (preferred).
• Experience with experiment design and interpretation is required.
