What you'll do

  • Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the Analytics Experiences portfolio aligned with business objectives.
  • Prioritize product initiatives ranging from IDE-centric inner-loop productivity to centralized semantic layers and conversational analytics.
  • Partner with design and engineering to define requirements and create intuitive interfaces for data workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering on critical architecture decisions to ensure platform scalability, sustainability, and flexibility.
  • Create rollout strategies and provide documentation, learning resources, and self-service tools to accelerate platform adoption.
  • Define and track success metrics centered on user delight and productivity gains to drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish platform standards for API design, versioning policies, and deprecation protocols to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Build strategic relationships across functional teams to foster cross-functional collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of Technical Product Management experience or equivalent technical role in complex technical domains.
  • Strong knowledge of modern analytics architectures and data developer tooling, including dbt-based transformation workflows and workflow orchestration.
  • Deep familiarity with the practitioner stack, including IDEs (Cursor, JupyterLab, VS Code), Python/SQL developer tooling, and data quality frameworks.
  • Proven track record of managing product portfolios in complex technical domains with a clear vision and strategy.
  • Ability to discuss technical design trade-offs and system quality attributes with engineering teams.
  • Experience identifying and articulating clear problem statements and developing innovative solutions with strong product intuition.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships across organizational boundaries and navigate complex organizational dynamics to drive alignment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
