  • Translate customer needs into scoped program plans and engineering requirements.
  • Lead cross-team coordination across engineering, operations, security, and other teams.
  • Manage incident and change processes, defining success metrics for owned features.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience driving complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI) and tool usage.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to engineers.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and capacity planning.
