Product Manager I, Accounts

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end feature delivery from initial discovery and requirement gathering through launch and iteration.
• Write clear product requirement documents, user stories, and define specific acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Manage and prioritize the feature backlog to align with the product roadmap and organizational OKRs.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to estimate work, sequence milestones, and remove daily blockers.
• Conduct research, prototypes, and usability tests to validate assumptions and refine product requirements.
• Instrument features and build dashboards to monitor adoption, quality, and user satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate go-to-market support including release notes, enablement plans, and operational readiness documentation.
• Identify and communicate project risks, trade-offs, and dependencies to stakeholders early in the process.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles like product analyst, UX, or delivery in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning feature delivery end-to-end, including discovery, writing PRDs/user stories, and managing launches.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams while participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, backlog management, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Technical fluency in API basics, UX principles, and data literacy to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate go-to-market support and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Recognized Agile/Product certification (e.g., CSPO/PSPO/PSM or equivalent) and experience in high-growth environments (preferred).
