What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Cash Flow Intelligence conversational assistant from concept to production.
Translate client workflows into clear product requirements and a prioritized development roadmap.
Define specific assistant behaviors, including supported actions, required confirmations, and quality measurement standards.
Partner with data science and engineering teams to ensure AI responses are accurate, grounded, and explainable.
Establish safety guardrails with legal and risk teams to ensure compliance in an enterprise banking environment.
Drive agile execution by managing backlogs, conducting sprint planning, and removing delivery blockers.
Define and track success metrics such as task completion, accuracy, latency, and user trust feedback.
Communicate product status, strategic trade-offs, and technical decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline.
5+ years of product management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into structured product definitions and clear requirements.
Strong agile delivery experience including backlog management and sprint rituals.
Proven ability to collaborate with business, technology, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both senior leadership and technical partners.
Experience building conversational or large-language-model-powered products involving RAG and hallucination risk management.
Experience in financial services, payments, or enterprise treasury technology with knowledge of cash analytics.
