What you'll do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and commercialization strategy for an EW family of systems.
  • Define product requirements to align system capabilities with mission objectives in complex scenarios.
  • Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for core products, variants, and accessories.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from initial NPI through manufacturing readiness and full rate production.
  • Co-chair the product Change Control Board to manage configuration management for production sustainment.
  • Drive high-impact product decisions by synthesizing inputs from market, growth, customer, and manufacturing data.
  • Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders across the entire development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience in a complementary field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management with an emphasis on technical product ownership.
  • Experience managing NPI transitions through full rate production including associated development gates and reviews.
  • Experience supporting design and execution for advanced, combined hardware/software systems.
  • Experience across both commercial product and defense industries.
  • Proven ability to decompose and organize technically complex projects using a structured approach.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Ability to obtain/hold a U.S. Secret Clearance, experience with AS9100, MIL-STD testing, or contract negotiations (preferred).
