What we're looking for
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Experience owning complex products, platforms, or internal systems from strategy through execution in a technology environment.
Experience working on design systems, developer platforms, UI frameworks, shared product infrastructure, or similar horizontal capabilities.
Proven track record of translating ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.
Technical and design fluency to navigate component architecture, platform constraints, and user experience tradeoffs with Engineering and Design teams.
Experience driving adoption of a shared product or platform across multiple teams by influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience using data, research, and internal-user feedback to prioritize investments and assess value.
Experience operating in environments where quality, consistency, scale, and speed are critical requirements.
