What you'll do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for design system capabilities within the AAX team.

What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience owning complex products, platforms, or internal systems from strategy through execution in a technology environment.
- Experience working on design systems, developer platforms, UI frameworks, shared product infrastructure, or similar horizontal capabilities.
- Proven track record of translating ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Technical and design fluency to navigate component architecture, platform constraints, and user experience tradeoffs with Engineering and Design teams.
- Experience driving adoption of a shared product or platform across multiple teams by influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience using data, research, and internal-user feedback to prioritize investments and assess value.
- Experience operating in environments where quality, consistency, scale, and speed are critical requirements.
