  • Work closely with senior engineers to scope work and ensure the team builds the right things.
  • Drive cross-team alignment and decision-making with partner teams across Microsoft.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager shipping developer tools end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding assistants and developer tooling.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear product roadmaps and strategies.
  • Track record of driving large-scale product adoption with measurable success.
  • Expertise in agentic AI development patterns and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Background in enterprise-scale rollouts, including governance and compliance.
