What we're looking for
- Over 18 years of product management, engineering, or technical leadership experience with a focus on developer-focused products
- At least 8 years of direct people management experience leading high-performing teams
- Strong background in AI infrastructure and software development, particularly in GPU computing and ML frameworks
- Experience building and scaling developer ecosystems for technically sophisticated products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across engineering, research, marketing, and business functions
- Demonstrated skill in using data-driven insights to inform product strategy and decision-making
- Deep understanding of modern AI development workflows including LLMs, agents, evaluation, benchmarking, and deployment
