Product Manager, Agent Trust

What you'll do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the Agent Trust product.
• Define methods for identifying AI agents, verifying human owners, and evaluating authorized actions.
• Integrate Agent Trust with portable identity, reusable KYC, and consumer permission management systems.
• Act as the product expert for financial institutions and customers during discovery and design partnerships.
• Represent Plaid’s product requirements in industry groups and protocol working groups to shape identity specs.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to define product signals, labels, and success metrics.
• Manage the packaging, pricing, and go-to-market enablement for the Agent Trust product line.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product management or equivalent product ownership experience.
• Experience in fraud, identity, authentication, or payments risk.
• Hands-on depth in identity and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.x, OIDC, FIDO, WebAuthn, FDX, or Open Banking consent.
• Experience in bot, device, and agent detection systems.
• Track record of growing a new product line from early design partners to repeatable sales.
• Experience building with and selling to enterprise customers or financial institutions.
• Ability to write clearly and translate complex concepts between engineers, data scientists, GTM, and executives.
