What you'll do

  • Assist with patent program activities such as invention harvesting and disclosure review.
  • Provide commercial support by reviewing vendor agreements and technology partnerships.
  • Draft and maintain IP-related policies and deliver training to business teams.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of legal experience with law firm and in-house technology company roles
  • JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
  • Strong product counseling skills in AI, privacy, data use, integrations
  • Familiarity with patents, patent prosecution, open-source licensing
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, commercial teams
