What we're looking for

  • JD from a top-tier accredited law school.
  • 6+ years of experience in IP licensing and technology transactions.
  • Expertise in IP ownership, rights allocation, and open source software issues.
  • Ability to draft and negotiate complex IP and tech transaction agreements.
  • Strong commercial judgment and technical fluency for business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with U.S. government IP and data rights frameworks.
  • Experience with AI/ML, autonomy, robotics, or other emerging technology licensing.
