What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with active Bar membership.

  • 5+ years of IP experience, focusing on software patent prosecution.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Experience managing SaaS, cloud-based software, or similar technology portfolios.
  • Ability to develop and execute offensive and defensive IP strategies.
  • Expertise in advising on trademark, copyright, and trade secret issues.
