  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Experience managing SaaS and cloud-based technology intellectual property.
  • Ability to develop and execute offensive and defensive IP strategies.
  • Expertise in advising on trademark, copyright, and trade secret issues.
