Product Delivery Manager, Feature Flag Governance & Operations

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Own operational governance programs to drive adoption of feature management standards and policies across engineering organizations.
• Manage the feature flag lifecycle, including aged flag remediation, technical debt reduction, and retirement compliance.
• Operationalize new platform capabilities such as release automation, policy enforcement, and CI/CD integrations.
• Execute organizational change management plans to support the adoption of new processes and operating models.
• Establish governance metrics, compliance scorecards, and executive reporting to improve platform health and developer experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups and training sessions to drive awareness and process adherence.
• Support audit, risk, and control activities by documenting processes and tracking remediation actions.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities across complex, multi-team environments.
• Experience leading large-scale operational, governance, or process transformation initiatives across multiple technology teams.
• Demonstrated success driving organizational adoption of new tools, standards, processes, or operating models in a complex environment.
• Strong program management skills to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, compliance reporting, scorecards, and operational metrics for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with feature flag platforms like Harness, Split, or LaunchDarkly (preferred).
