We are seeking a senior Process/Productivity Engineer to join our dynamic semiconductor equipment support team. This role involves providing technical assistance to field engineers and product support teams in resolving Etch chamber issues related to process capability, chamber matching, defects, and yield failures. You will report process-related enhancements and continuous design improvements to the engineering group, assist with customer process qualification, and train Field Service Engineers while creating best-known methods documents. With up to 15% travel required, you’ll also represent our company professionally at customer sites, addressing issues and proposing solutions. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and semiconductor fab experience with Etch process engineering expertise using Lam’s products. Collaboration in a matrix environment is essential for success in this role.
