We are seeking a senior process engineer to join our customer-facing team at Lam Research, where you will partner with clients to develop new technology processes, support existing operations, and conduct root cause analysis for process deviations. You will interface directly with various levels of customer management, own regular and ad hoc meetings, and manage key performance indicators. This role requires significant technical expertise in systems and applications, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across matrixed teams. Ideal candidates hold a PhD or equivalent experience, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing moderately complex process issues using established engineering methods and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) is essential, along with the ability to work in cleanroom environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
