What we're looking for
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience (15+ years) in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, or yield engineering
Proven success leading complex yield improvement initiatives in customer-facing environments
Deep expertise in semiconductor process integration and device manufacturing
Advanced capability in yield analysis, defect reduction, and excursion management
Strong command of statistical techniques including SPC, DOE, regression, and multivariate analysis
