What you'll do

  • Oversee the review and validation of FAIR reports on management fees, expenses, and carried interest.
  • Interpret complex documentation like LPAs, financial statements, and transaction notices for private markets.
  • Ensure consistent application of methodologies while identifying enhancements based on market practices.
  • Lead Americas-based delivery teams to meet service-level expectations for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement governance frameworks and KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Americas clients, managing senior stakeholder relationships.

What we're looking for

  • 8-12+ years of experience in private equity/private markets operations, fund accounting, audit, investment analytics, or product/structuring roles.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. private market fee structures, carried interest, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and advanced Excel/data proficiency.
  • Proven leadership in complex client-facing environments, driving process transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-regional teams and delivering high-quality insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CAIA, ACA, or equivalent credentials preferred.
