What you'll do

  • Provide Level 2 support for mission-critical Equities E-trading applications.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to set strategic priorities and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Monitor applications and technical platforms, addressing queries via phone, email, and other mediums.
  • Conduct problem-solving tasks independently before escalating issues to other teams.
  • Make key technical recommendations for major issues based on system knowledge.
  • Ensure all problems are resolved according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate effectively with business support, regional colleagues, and development teams.

What we're looking for
