Lending Business Analysis Lead, Senior Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of business analysis professionals to deliver against transformation objectives.
• Define and execute the product transformation strategy for Wealth Lending, aligning with broader Citi Wealth goals.
• Establish strategies to develop new lending platform capabilities from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners for platform development.
• Oversee business case development, technology negotiations, and deal management processes for large-scale implementations.
• Assess risks in business decisions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

What we're looking for

• Over 10 years of experience in product transformation or business analysis within lending, banking technology, or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams with performance evaluation and work allocation responsibilities.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through the full lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Advanced analytical skills for strategic decision-making and risk assessment in compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior business and technology audiences.
• Experience in structuring financial offers and negotiating multi-year agreements at a senior level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field.
