Influence best practices for incident response and operational rigor across multiple teams.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
Solid understanding of distributed systems and complex platforms with a service and business operations mindset
Advanced data analysis skills across large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, SAS, or similar technologies
5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving complex systems and multiple stakeholders
Experience working in Ad Tech or other large-scale online marketplace platforms
Proven ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations to senior/executive stakeholders
Expertise in querying large datasets and using analytics tools for actionable insights
