What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Transformation, Clinical Operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading large-scale business transformation initiatives and driving AI, automation, and digital transformation programs.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex operational processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scale.
  • Extensive experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Experience defining business outcomes, KPIs, and adoption metrics that demonstrate measurable value in healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality programs, interoperability standards, and data governance requirements.
