What you'll do

  • Lead global teams to execute strategic cybersecurity projects related to AI adoption and operation.
  • Plan and implement identity controls for both human and non-human identities in AI systems.
  • Develop and enforce data protection and privacy controls for AI training data and prompts.
  • Design and deploy security operations controls for monitoring and responding to AI-enabled services.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful completion.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in Financial Services, including 5 years leading technology projects.
  • Extensive cybersecurity project management experience in Identity & Access Management and Data Protection.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects within a matrixed organization involving multiple disciplines.
  • Superior communication skills for articulating ideas to various audiences.
  • Expertise in financial management of project budgets between $250K to $3M.
  • Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project planning and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM.
