Principal Systems Engineer, Cardiac Ablation Solutions

What you'll do

• Conduct interface testing within the system and during commercial support.
• Integrate systems into Electrophysiology cath lab hospital environments.
• Create integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing, training, and guidance documents.
• Apply systems engineering principles to identify and execute opportunities within assigned team work.
• Provide technical support to marketing, field engineering, technical services, and training departments.
• Propose and implement changes to improve systems and internal processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, Master's with 5 years, or PhD with 3 years of relevant experience.
• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Advanced understanding of Electrophysiology and comfort in the hospital environment (preferred).
• Experience in Systems Engineering including defining systems architecture within medical device product development (preferred).
• Experience with the application of Design Controls for medical devices (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to create strategies and influence cross-functionally (preferred).
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
