What you'll do

Design and architect enterprise-grade applications, platforms, and integration services based on business requirements.
Provide technical leadership for Kafka and IXBUS platforms to enable event-driven architectures and real-time data exchange.
Define platform strategy, modernization roadmaps, and engineering standards for cloud and on-premises environments.
Manage platform reliability, scalability, security governance, and disaster recovery strategies.
Drive automation-first initiatives across infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational workflows.
Lead root cause analysis and serve as the highest escalation point for complex technical incidents.
Oversee capacity planning, cloud cost optimization, and technology lifecycle management.
Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-functional teams to improve engineering maturity and standards.

What we're looking for

Must be able to work in the office 5 days per week at the specified locations.
Must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Requires 7+ years of experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure services, platform engineering, and cloud governance.
Experience with containerized workloads, microservices architectures, and cloud-native deployment patterns is required.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and infrastructure automation is required.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, observability, logging, and service health strategies is required.
Knowledge of security controls, access governance, RBAC, and compliance practices is required.
Ability to lead through influence, mentor engineers, and communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders.
