What you'll do

Design and architect enterprise-grade applications, platforms, and integration services based on business requirements.
Provide technical leadership for Kafka and IXBUS platforms to enable event-driven architectures and real-time data exchange.
Define platform strategy, modernization roadmaps, and engineering standards for cloud and on-premises environments.
Manage platform reliability, scalability, security governance, and disaster recovery strategies.
Drive automation-first initiatives across infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational workflows.
Lead root cause analysis and serve as the highest escalation point for complex technical incidents.
Oversee capacity planning, cloud cost optimization, and technology lifecycle management.
Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-functional teams to improve overall engineering maturity.

What we're looking for

Must be able to work in the office 5 days per week at the specified locations.
Must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Requires 7+ years of experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure services, platform engineering, and cloud governance.
Experience with containerized workloads, orchestration platforms, microservices architectures, and cloud-native deployment patterns is required.
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, release automation, artifact management, and infrastructure automation is required.
Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, observability, logging, and service health strategies is required.
Strong knowledge of security controls, access governance, RBAC, and compliance practices is required.
Experience with platform upgrades, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, and capacity planning is required.
