What you'll do

  • Develop and extend test automation frameworks for UI, Microservices, and APIs.
  • Design and manage technical proof-of-concept and feasibility studies for testing innovations.
  • Create technical roadmaps and plans for implementing enterprise-level test strategies.
  • Promote and support the implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior SDETs to improve their technical ability and overall effectiveness.
  • Analyze and optimize current test automation suites to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis on defects and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.
  • Facilitate automated, on-demand test automation metrics to provide quick feedback to the team.

What we're looking for

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 14-18 years of overall experience with at least 8 years in quality engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience implementing test automation.
  • 5-8 years of experience leading a team of employees or contractors.
  • Lead level exposure to Java, Selenium/LeanFT, BDD (Cucumber/JBehave), TestNG, and Eclipse/IntelliJ.
  • Experience with DevOps/CI/CD toolsets including Bamboo/Jenkins/Concourse, Maven, Git, and BitBucket.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate in global, cross-functional teams (preferred).
  • Work Authorization.
