What you'll do

  • Define and execute the enterprise Quality Engineering tools strategy, roadmap, and adoption plans.
  • Establish standards, governance models, and best practices for enterprise testing and automation tools.
  • Provide technical leadership and operational support for tools including Azure DevOps, qTest, Tricentis Tosca, and Selenium.
  • Lead onboarding activities and develop training materials to ensure successful tool adoption across engineering teams.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities for test generation, intelligent maintenance, and predictive quality analytics.
  • Integrate quality engineering tools into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to enable automated quality gates.
  • Establish end-to-end integration patterns to ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, and releases.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts and pilots for emerging testing, automation, and Generative AI technologies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Management, Automation Engineering, SDET, or Software Engineering.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, administering, or enabling enterprise testing and automation tools.
  • Deep expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, and CI/CD platforms.
  • Experience supporting tool integrations across test management, automation, requirements, release management, and DevOps ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery practices.
  • Experience leading onboarding, enablement, training, adoption, and support initiatives for enterprise engineering tools.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
