What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience (preferred).
Demonstrate extensive experience in platform engineering leadership and delivering scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.
Possess proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance.
Exhibit strong technical skills in AI/ML integration, software development lifecycle, and continuous integration/deployment practices.
Maintain proficiency in model-driven design and modern programming languages including Python, Java, and C++.
Demonstrate the ability to provide technical mentorship and influence architectural decisions across teams.
