What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years of applied experience.
Expert proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or Go.
Extensive experience working with GCP or AWS cloud platforms.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Demonstrated experience designing and leading the adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including security, resiliency, and risk-based governance in engineering workflows.
Experience applying expertise to solve complex technology problems in one or more technical disciplines.
Ability to effectively communicate and present technical information to senior leaders and executives.
