What we're looking for

Proven ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar codebases and modernize systems using AI tools for increased productivity.
Demonstrated expertise in model prompting, context engineering, orchestration patterns, and autonomous agentic workflows.
Strong AI/ML engineering experience orchestrating foundation models using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
Track record of building full-stack systems on hyperscaler cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with integrated frontier model APIs.
Proficiency in modern development practices including GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and mature CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building SaaS solutions in the observability space and handling high-volume telemetry data (preferred); familiarity with OpenTelemetry (preferred).
