What you'll do

Manage a team of high-performing engineers to deliver products and features with agility and quality.
Provide hands-on technical leadership including architecture design, code reviews, and development oversight.
Integrate AI-first development practices into the team's daily workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to define user requirements for specific platform scenarios.
Identify project dependencies and develop comprehensive design documents for the web data platform.
Mentor engineers to produce extensible and maintainable code used across multiple products.
Coordinate project plans, release schedules, and work items with cross-functional program managers.
Present technical and product strategies to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Preferred: Master's degree with 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience.
At least 6 years of people management experience is preferred.
Experience in large scale system architecture, design, development, testing, and release for web applications and microservices.
Demonstrated programming skills and knowledge of architectural patterns for high-scale applications.
Proficiency in analytical skills with a structured approach to software design.
Deep understanding of AI models and ability to articulate technical details clearly.
