What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 7+ years of applied experience.
Deep experience building distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure, including public chain integrations and L2/bridging patterns.
Strong system design, performance, and resilience engineering skills within regulated environments.
Proven technical leadership with a track record of shipping complex platforms at scale.
Experience designing and leading the adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including security, resiliency, and risk-based governance in engineering workflows.
Ability to effectively communicate and present technical matters to senior leaders and executives.
