What you'll do

Own the end-to-end architecture for public-chain connectivity, interoperability, and on-chain/off-chain workflows.
Lead design reviews and set engineering standards for multiple development squads.
Drive security-by-design initiatives including key management, smart contract assurance, and threat modeling.
Evaluate blockchain protocols and partners to shape the public-chain roadmap.
Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed and code quality.
Implement automation capabilities within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve operational outcomes.
Advise cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on complex technological matters and domain expertise.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years of applied experience.
Deep experience building distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure, including public chain integrations and L2/bridging patterns.
Strong system design, performance, and resilience engineering skills within regulated environments.
Proven technical leadership with a track record of shipping complex platforms at scale.
Demonstrated experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, security implications, and risk-based governance in engineering workflows.
Ability to present and effectively communicate with Senior Leaders and Executives.
